Karen has enjoyed a varied career predominantly in sales and customer service roles and after being made redundant was successful in joining the team at Rachel J Homes as a negotiator in 2014. Karen could see that Rachel was very committed in her approach towards the business and was very much looking forward to being part of the team. Karen has excellent customer service skills and again due to having moved home several times she knows what an upheaval it can be.

Claire Redstone

Claire joined the team in March 2016 as a part time Negotiator and has proven herself to be a strong member of the team, and is now a Senior Negotiator. Having previously worked in Estate Agency, amongst other customer facing roles she understands the importance of communication and provides excellent customer service. Claire has always lived locally so is familiar with all areas enabling her to give that extra information that might be required should you be moving in from out of the area.
